Do’s and Tattoos was established in 2009 and has since set the highest standard with a crew of admirably skilled and qualified artists ready to serve you in all of your tattoo and piercing needs. Most other shops in town will be quick to claim that they offer the same, but what they lack and what sets us aside is our devoted concentration on CUSTOMER CARE.
From the moment you walk into our shop up until you leave (and even after you have left and you have a question or two), you as the customer are greeted with friendliness and all of your concerns are addressed in the timeliest manner. We will consult with you about your desired tattoo and custom draw something that you will be proud to wear for the rest of your life.
During the tattooing process, you will notice that the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort are met. We understand the difficulty of walking into a tattoo shop for the first time with an air of intimidation hanging over your head. That intimidation is amplified when your artist and staff can care less about your feelings and your vision for your perfect tattoo.
We have heard many horror stories about poor customer service provided by many local shops; as tattooed collectors ourselves, we have also experienced it firsthand. Our aim is to not be like those other shops. We want nothing but excellent feedback from our clients and will do everything in our power to ensure that we are not a statistic.
Aside from our staff being friendly and skilled at customer service, our employees are knowledgeable and well-versed in everything you need to know about tattoos, piercing, jewelry and aftercare. No question that you, the customer, can possibly have will go unanswered. We are here to put your mind at ease. We will even go as far to show you our sterilization procedures and the fact that all of our needles come individually wrapped and re-sterilized if that is an issue for you. A comfortable customer who knows that they are safe and taken care of is a customer who will sit well for his/her artist. In a way, our success at creating great art is in no small part due to our clients’ co-operation.
If you have already been to another shop and experienced less than savory customer service or had a question that you forgot to ask or were afraid to ask, please feel free to give us a call and we will be able to address your concern. We are also available to fix tattoos that you have gotten at another shop that you were not satisfied with but did not want to go back to get fixed.
